First of all, this weekend I will be gone for most of it so, yeah, updates will be slower. The server is coming along, it's more of the networking part that I'm having trouble with as not all my computers like each other. For website stuff, I will be trying to work on that as much as I can today. For the more wiki-like atmosphere, it's coming. Making blog software, which is realyl nice by the way, into s fully functional wiki takes a bit of work. Though this way it should all look better. I'm not sure how much I really want to open up to everyone, because of porblems we've had recently with spam on the forums, but I'll work on it. Maybe we'll just have usernames that are the same as on the forum. So, enough talking from me, I know I forgot to say something, but I'll just edit this post later.

[EDIT:] I know what I forgot. Yes, comments immediately show up, as in within one second. The reason you don't always see it though is because our helpful browsers don't automatically refresh, so you end up not seeing them. Either hit the refresh button, or just wait a while. In the future I will add some javascript so that it automatically refreshes the page. But that probably won't be today. [/EDIT]
[EDIT2:] Guys, when making links in posts remember that what comes after the href needs to be in quotes. [/EDIT2]

wait... you can edit but we can't...
(an edit post function would be very nice...) maybe if posting required getting a username which had to be approved by you before they could post(therefore circumventing the bots)
also: any chance of getting a more "fantasy" color-scheme on the site? maybe a deep/forest green theme or red/black combo? the pale blue just doesn't seem to have the epic fantasy feel to it at all...

The only reason I can edit posts is because I have admin priviledges. There currently isn't a system to create other users just for posting comments, though I'm working on it. About changing the color scheme, I can do that easily but I just need to know what colors. Also, The buttons above would all need to be changed to fit the new scheme, and I haven't worked on new ingame screenshots recently to use for that. That really isn't an excuse though. Just tell me the colors, and I'll do it.

This is what foresty colors would look like. I don't really like it. Red black would probably look better but that would be a lot more work as I can't find a close enough thing in the default stuffs. Tell me what you think though.

it needs to be a much, much darker green... (and with dark gray instead of white (the white kills it))
red/black will/should be good though...

what about, at least for the time being, the Beckett CSS from this site:

This might work. I would need to change the pictures that come with it and also would need to tone down the modern parts of it. I'll think about it.

it would only be temporary until you spend an all-nighter learning CSS (we all know you will eventually...)

Ok, this might be a bit irrelevant, but I just remembered that MoveableType can (I think) publish remotely... if it can, you could run the software on my server, and have it publish the [static] pages to birthoflegends.com. Might be something to look in to...
